How do I clean my tkiokcz products?

tkiokcz products are dishwasher safe. We suggest cleaning our silicone No-Spill valves and Soft Spouts by hand using anti-bacterial soap and warm water.

Are tkiokcz products BPA free?

Yes! tkiokcz products are made from recycled HDPE and Polypropylene plastics and are BPA and BPS free.  

Are tkiokcz products microwave safe?

Yes! tkiokcz products have been tested microwave safe. However, use in the microwave may cause staining to the material which is not covered under our manufacturer warranty. We recommend microwaving no more than 20 seconds at a time on Low.

Does tkiokcz sell Replacement Parts?

Replacement Parts are available online on our tkiokcz store. We understand that valves and spouts will need to be replaced over time.

Can I return a purchase from tkiokcz.shop?

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on tkiokcz.shop. Products purchased from retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail outlets. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full return instructions.
